P2 Day3 179.8 (-2.5) (-5.5)

WOOOOHOOOOO!!! I wish you could hear my screams of excitement! I was SHOCKED when I got on the scale this morning.  I have to say, every morning waking up is like Christmas.  I felt like a little kid this morning.  I woke up at 4am but kept trying to talk myself into staying in the bed a little longer just anticipating the scale.  Finally at 5am, I hopped on the scale and VIOLA! 2.5lbs loss!

Yesterday's food consisted of:
(B) Green Tea and Apple
(L) HCG dieters chili recipe & small clementine orange
(D) Beef Lettuce wraps.  Absolutely Love These!

My body seems to really do well with Beef for my meals.  Even when I was on the protocol a few years ago, I remembered the same thing.  Veal and asparagus caused great releases.

I need to release as much fat as I can before next week.  Unfortunately I'm expecting a "visitor" and I'm sure it will slow down my fat loss if it doesn't stall me all together.

Anywho! I'm going to Live in the Moment and LOVE my progress thus far.  Need I tell you I'm repeating yesterday's menu?? lol

P2 Day 2 182.3 (-3.0) (-2.0)

Helurrrrrrrr!

Soooo the melting has begun!! Day 2 of P2 and I'm excited! I see visions of me at my goal weight already.  

My favorite P2 meal is chili!  I downloaded an HGC Dieters book a couple years ago, just so I wouldn't get bored with my meals.  It's simple and easy and spicy!! lol!  Just the 93/7 ground beef (100 g) garlic, chili powder, onion powder, a small diced tomato, chopped onions, a pinch of oregano and water.  simmer and chow down! =)

P2 Day 1 185.3

Today is the first day of the VLCD.  I took my .5cc of the protocol and drank a 16.oz water now headed to training.

Lunch will be cabbage and sauteed shrimp in fresh lemon juice, cayenne pepper and a little creole seasoning.  I didn't season my cabbage as well as I had in the past, but it was edible.

I topped out at 185.3 this morning.  That's a 1 pound gain for 3 days of loading.  Oh well, hopefully it's all down hill from here =)

Day 3 of Loading

I just didn't feel like I ate enough =)  Now I wished I had just started on the VLCD today because I still haven't had the appetite to eat much.

I was looking forward to eating and eating and eating but my stomach just can't do it.  I weighed in today at 184.2 so I think this is all my little 5'2 Frame can take.

I'll start on the VLCD tomorrow.  Yep! That means 500 calories of Clean Eating! I'm looking forward to it.  To inspire my success, I even ordered a pair of Faux Leather Pants size 10! LOL! I'm laughing because I'm currently in a 14 and I'm sure these are European cut so that means they're a 6.  I'll try them on and take a picture, follow the protocol and hopefully be in them before Christmas but if not, definitely by New Years Eve. =)

I just celebrated 45 years of Life! =)

Happy Halloween!

I'm excited, nervous and ready to party! With all the love that I received on my Birthday, one of the best gifts was the arrival of my vials of HGC! Yes! I received my delivery on my birthday. 

I'm anxious to start, but I'm expecting to party again on Friday with a group of girlfriends to celebrate my birthday.  I decided to load on Saturday and Sunday then start the week off on the VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet).  My daughter said she was not waiting for me, so I mixed her first vial on Sunday and she is officially on her Weightloss Journey.

I just celebrated 45 years of Living =)

Guess Who's BACK!!

I can't believe it's been 3 years since I've last blogged.  I've decided I'm going to give HCG another go! This time I know I will be successful! I seem to always start around the holidays. LOL! What a challenge this will be.  I know by Christmas, I will be skinny! =)

I'm ordering today.  So I'll be back when my shipment arrives! BYEEEE!

This week has been crazy!

I haven't been really eating all the recommended foods. I have been skipping veggies, sometimes bread and can't seem to get a grip. I always do well for breakfast and lunch, but in the evenings, I'm getting home late, eating late, skipping a part of the meal and even taking my HCG more than 12hrs from the first dose. I know this cannot be good. I visited a friend and didn't get home until after 9pm. I was supposed to take my 2nd dose of HCG at 6:30. I couldn't eat at her house, but she did have an apple. I don't know the weight, but it was average size.

Lunch - apple 75, chicken 110cal, bread 23
Dinner - apple (no meat, no veggies, no bread) Ughhh..
