Today is the first day of the VLCD. I took my .5cc of the protocol and drank a 16.oz water now headed to training.
Lunch will be cabbage and sauteed shrimp in fresh lemon juice, cayenne pepper and a little creole seasoning. I didn't season my cabbage as well as I had in the past, but it was edible.
I topped out at 185.3 this morning. That's a 1 pound gain for 3 days of loading. Oh well, hopefully it's all down hill from here =)
