Helurrrrrrrr!
Soooo the melting has begun!! Day 2 of P2 and I'm excited! I see visions of me at my goal weight already.
My favorite P2 meal is chili! I downloaded an HGC Dieters book a couple years ago, just so I wouldn't get bored with my meals. It's simple and easy and spicy!! lol! Just the 93/7 ground beef (100 g) garlic, chili powder, onion powder, a small diced tomato, chopped onions, a pinch of oregano and water. simmer and chow down! =)
